Terms of use

Using DayMath means you agree to these terms.

Effective November 7, 2026.

Information only

DayMath’s calculators and pages give general information for planning. Answers depend on the rules described on the methodology page, which may not match how a particular court, agency, bank, carrier or employer counts days.

Not professional advice

Nothing on DayMath is legal, financial, tax or HR advice. For any deadline that matters, such as a court filing, a payment, a contract notice or an employment decision, confirm the date with the authority or organization that sets it.

No warranty

DayMath is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep answers correct and holiday data up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site is free of errors or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DayMath is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its answers.

Using the site

You may use the calculators for personal and business purposes. Please do not overload the site with automated requests.

Changes

These terms may change. The current version is always on this page. Questions: hello@daymath.app.
